ABOUT TOBIE · DIGITAL SLOWFOOD
Hi, I am TobieFounder of Digital Slow Food. I worked with a one-person company that already had products and customers, organizing recurring product processes and workflows into templates that could be used directly the next time.
HOW I GOT HERE
I previously worked in the tech industry and multinational e-commerce, where I was a product manager at ASUS ROG and also worked on Shopee's SEO and live marketing.
These jobs have made me very accustomed to handling complex things: understanding the needs of different people, making choices, arranging processes, and finally pushing a vague idea to actual launch.
After leaving the company at the end of 2023, I started doing the same thing under my own brand. The product became content, community, courses, and coaching; my daily work consisted of working with AI.

Digital Slow Food Founder
Through the One-Person Business Mold Development Project, we accompany one-person companies from a real-world work experience, organizing products and workflows so that the experience gained can be directly used next time.
The next phase of the Digital Slow Food Tribe is in preparation.WHAT I CONNECT
You can start with the product or with the workflow. Choose only one main line in each round, create a usable version first, and then test it in the real market or workplace.
Organize your experience into a product that you can understand and use. Test the requirements with a small version first, and then decide whether to extend, adjust, or put it aside based on the actual results.
Break down the recurring tasks that always come back to you, leaving behind the materials, steps, and judgments, so that you don't have to start from scratch next time.
Organize your services, case studies, and next steps into an easily understandable entry point, allowing your website, content, and newsletter to reach interested individuals.
First, organize the background, materials, and judgments, then decide which routine tasks can be delegated to AI or others, and which important choices should be kept in your own hands.
TALKS · WORKSHOPS · CONVERSATIONS
I like to explain complex topics in a way that's easy to understand and that you can do the problems yourself. Each session is redesigned based on your audience.
Organize professional knowledge into content that readers are willing to read and respond to. Suitable for professionals, brands, and creator communities.
Let long articles, short content, newsletters, and products each play their respective roles, and gradually build trust that can be retained.
Looking at real-world workflows, we can see what AI can accelerate and which judgments are worth leaving to humans.
Start with a task that keeps getting stuck, organize the background, make judgments, and hand over the reins to reduce the need for re-explaining, redoing, and revising.
Faced with information overload and AI anxiety, choose the right tools to regain your own rhythm.
RECENTLY EXPLORING
My method is to take stock, create molds, test run, and repair molds. I only organize a section of actual work at a time, and then decide on the next step based on the results.
WORK WITH ME
You can invite me to give lectures, workshops, podcasts/media interviews, brand collaborations, or other interesting collaborations. If you're unsure about the format, that's okay too; just tell me where you met me and what you'd like to resolve.
After I send it, I will read the contents and then reply to you.
