Slow Content System Companion Program Service Contract and Terms of Use

Welcome to the "Slow Content System Support Program" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), operated by Slowsavvy (hereinafter referred to as "Party B"), and provided through the following platforms:

– The exclusive learning website of Party B (hereinafter referred to as "this learning website"): provides functions for watching course videos, writing assignments, and checking in.

– Discord platform (hereinafter referred to as "this service platform"): serving as the main interface for community interaction and task reporting.

– Stripe: Settle payment transactions

By purchasing and using this service, you agree to read, understand, and agree to the "Service Agreement and Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Once you complete the payment, it indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be established and become effective.

You may decide whether to purchase or use this service three days after reviewing all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement after reviewing it, it is recommended that you do not purchase and stop using this service.

If you are under 18 years of age or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, your purchase and use of this service and agreement to this contract shall be effective only with the consent of your legal representative.


Article 1 | Service Content and Definitions

The services provided by Party B include instructional videos, written materials, learning tasks, audio activities, and social media interaction channels, etc., which Party A may use at its own discretion.From the date of payment to the service periodUsers may use this service without limit on the number of times or the time allotted, as directed by Party B. However, the consultation time for one-on-one running accompaniment is still limited to 30 to 60 minutes per session.

The course videos, assignment writing, and check-in functions of this service are primarily provided through this learning website. Clients must log in to this learning website using the exclusive access code provided by the service provider. The text data, including assignments and check-in entries, created by the client on this learning website will only exist locally on the client's browser and will not be uploaded to the service provider's server. After completing assignments, clients should copy the content to the corresponding Discord channel for feedback, or choose to download and back it up to their local device.

This service is for the personal learning use of Party A only and is not a course of formal education, national cram school, continuing education school or short-term tutoring class, nor is it a course of any certification, credit or employment guarantee.


Article 2|Equipment and viewing suggestions

To ensure smooth operation of this service, Party B recommends that Party A use this learning website and Discord under stable network conditions and with properly functioning equipment. Commonly supported environments include:

  • Computer or mobile device (any common operating system version is acceptable)
  • We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
  • A stable network environment (such as home Wi-Fi). The network access equipment in the server room connecting Party A to the website system designated by Party B shall be leased by Party A from a legally operating telecommunications company, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The rights and obligations of Party A arising from the lease of the access network shall be governed by the contract between Party A and the telecommunications company.

If the inability to log in to this learning website or Discord, or issues such as lag, abnormal voice recordings, or other equipment incompatibility problems, browser incompatibility, or network quality fluctuations are caused by Party A's failure to refer to the aforementioned equipment recommendations, Party B will not provide individual technical support and such issues will not be grounds for a refund. If the learning website or Discord platform itself becomes inaccessible due to system failure, shutdown, or policy changes, Party B will endeavor to provide alternative solutions (such as make-up classes or platform transfer), but a refund is not guaranteed.


Article 3|Account Use and Management

  1. After Party A completes the payment, Party B will provide an invitation link for this service through the Discord platform, allowing Party A to join the Discord server for this service and adding a service-specific identity group for Party A.
  2. Party A shall complete the joining process in accordance with the invitation instructions, and this service (including this learning website and Discord server) is limited to "Party A's single account use only", and Party A shall not transfer, share or use the account with any third party.
  3. Any act of logging into this learning website using Party A's access code or logging into this service platform using Party A's Discord account shall be presumed to be Party A's act. If any abnormal login activity is discovered (such as logins from different IP addresses within a short period, multiple login records, or content leaks), Party B has the right to suspend Party A's user account and request an explanation from Party A. If the act is attributable to Party A, and Party B suspends the service, Party A shall not be entitled to a refund, and Party B reserves the right to take legal action.
  4. Party A shall properly safeguard its account and password on this service platform. Party A shall be solely responsible for any losses caused by account theft that are attributable to Party A.
  5. If the personal information provided by Party A during registration or payment is incorrect or has been changed, Party A should notify Party B as soon as possible to request correction. Party A shall be solely responsible for any damage to its rights caused by Party A's failure to notify Party B.

Article 4|Payment Method and Price Description

  1. This service can be paid in a lump sum or through a subscription payment mechanism. The final price and payment period are subject to the terms and conditions on the sales page or event announcement of Party B.
  2. By making payment for this service, Party A agrees to the payment amount, payment period, and payment mechanism.
  3. Payment for this service will be processed by Party B through a third-party payment platform. Stripe Processing. The credit card or payment information provided by Party A on the payment checkout page will be directly and securely encrypted by the Stripe system. Party B will not access or store any credit card or payment information or other data.
  4. If a subscription payment method is adopted, Party A may cancel the subscription at any time before the next deduction date, and no further fees will be charged after cancellation.

Article 5|Refund and Contract Termination Policy

  1. Party A may receive one free consultation from Party B before making payment. This consultation is an explanatory service before registration and is not part of the formal performance of this service. It will not affect the calculation of the refund.
  2. Once Party B provides Party A with a customized "Training Plan" document or activates a Discord server student account after payment confirmation, this service is considered to be activated. Refund policy:
    (1) If Party A terminates the contract within seven days after payment, and Party B has not yet provided a customized support plan or activated Discord access, Party B shall refund the full amount, but Party B may deduct necessary administrative fees such as Stripe payment processing fees before refunding the amount.
    (2) If Party B has provided a customized coaching plan or enabled Discord access, but Party A has not yet participated in any paid one-on-one coaching consultation, Party B shall refund 80% of the total service price (80%), and may deduct Stripe payment processing fees before refunding.
    (3) If Party B has provided a customized running companion plan and Party A has completed a one-on-one running companion consultation after payment, Party B shall refund 60% of the total price of this service (60%), and Stripe shall deduct the payment processing fee and refund it.
    (4) If Party A has completed two or more paid one-on-one coaching consultations or the coaching program has been in use for more than 20 days, Party B will not refund the fee. 
  3. If a subscription payment method is adopted, the refund calculation shall still be based on the total price of this service. Party B shall settle the amount of services provided by Party B and the amount paid by Party A up to the termination of this contract in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article; if there is any overpayment, Party B shall refund it to Party A proportionally in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article; if there is any shortfall, Party B may still charge Party A.
  4. If Party B proves that the termination of this Contract is attributable to Party A, Party B shall also deduct 30% (30%) of the refund amount as liquidated damages.
  5. If Party A violates the community guidelines, leaks content, infringes intellectual property rights, or engages in other conduct attributable to Party A, Party B may terminate this agreement and suspend Party A's right to use the service, and may deduct up to 30% (30%) of the penalty or refuse Party A's subsequent registration qualification, depending on the circumstances. However, if the amount of losses caused by Party A exceeds the aforementioned penalty amount, Party B still retains the right to claim damages.
  6. If Party A makes duplicate payments or makes erroneous payments, Party B shall assist in refunding the payment or providing a course credit, and shall process the refund after deducting necessary administrative fees.

Article 6 | Course Content and Additional Resources

Party B reserves the right to adjust or modify the service content, teaching schedule, and teaching format at any time.
If you have any questions regarding the content of this service, please contact Party B via their official email address. Party B will provide assistance to the best of its ability.

**Regarding the assignment submission and download function:**

The assignments, check-in information, and other written materials prepared by Party A on this learning website will only exist on Party A's local browser and will not be uploaded to Party B's server. After completing the assignments, Party A should copy the content to the corresponding Discord channel to report the work. Party A may also choose to download the assignment content as a Markdown file and back it up to their local device. This download function is for Party A's personal backup use only and does not constitute Party B's responsibility for the storage or management of the content.

The materials, templates, community memberships, or other additional resources (if any) provided in this service are considered "bonus content" and are not included in the actual charge for this service. Their provision is explained below:

  1. Downloadable templates or filesThis is a one-time license. Party A may permanently retain and use this license for personal, non-profit purposes, but Party A may not publicly share, resell, reproduce, distribute to third parties, or use it for profit.
  2. Additional instructional videosThe second party may provide other paid course content as an extension of learning during the service period. Such content shall be regarded as an additional gift and shall only be authorized for the personal non-profit use of the first party during the service period. The first party shall not extract, transfer or disclose such content to any third party for use or for profit.
  3. Community participation permissions (such as Discord servers, and referring to other communities outside of the content of this service itself).This is an additional right provided by Party B for teaching and communication purposes, and the access rights are provided for the duration of this service. If Party A terminates its qualification for this service, Party B has the right to cancel its community access rights without further compensation. Please refer to the server announcements and forum rules for relevant community guidelines.

The above additional information is not included in the pricing basis of this service, nor is it included in the calculation of any refund amount.

Upon the expiration of this service period, Party B will automatically remove Party A's paid identity group and exclusive channel access permissions. However, Party A may still browse the free public content provided by Party A on the Discord server. The aforementioned permission adjustment is a natural procedure upon the expiration of this service period and does not constitute a reason for termination of this contract or further compensation.


Article 7 | Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content in this service, including videos, images, audio, text, charts, and downloadable files, is the intellectual property and related rights (including copyright, trademark rights, etc.) owned by Party B or the rights holder of the content (such as the instructor).
  2. Without Party B's prior written consent, Party A shall not copy, resell, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, publicly broadcast or extract and reproduce the intellectual property and related rights referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article for itself or for a third party.
  3. If Party A infringes upon Party B's rights, Party B may immediately terminate this contract and suspend Party A's continued use of this service. Party B may also take legal action (including filing a lawsuit and seeking damages).

Article 8 | Collection, processing and use of personal data

  1. The second party will only collect, process, and use the first party's personal data (name, email address, telephone number, place of residence, payment data, IP address, cookies, user preferences, and operational behavior) as required for providing this service, contacting and notifying, and operating the course.

    To complete the registration and payment process for this service, Party B may also receive or process some data through the following third-party platforms:
  • This learning website (used to provide course video viewing, assignment writing and check-in functions; it only uses the browser's local storage function to store login status, and does not store assignment content)
  • Discord (used to provide a learning platform and community interaction for this service)
  • Stripe (used for processing payment transactions to provide this service)
  1. Party B will properly keep Party A's personal data and handle it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Party A may request to review, make copies, supplement, correct, request to stop collecting, processing or using, or delete personal data at any time.
  2. For details on the collection, processing and use of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 9|Contract Modification and Version Notice

  1. Party B may modify the contents of this contract at any time and announce the updated version on the Discord platform page.
  2. If Party A does not express any objection within 30 days after the announcement and continues to use this service, it shall be deemed to have agreed to the new terms.

Article 10|Governing Law and Jurisdictional Court

All matters relating to this Contract shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance. However, this shall not preclude the application of Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act and the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning small claims.

Article 11|Learning Outcomes and Responsibility Statement

  1. This service provides strategic management and self-media logic guidance. The content provided by Party B aims to assist Party A in improving its understanding of self-media operations and its self-expression capabilities.
  2. However, the learning outcomes will depend on many factors such as Party A's actual investment of time, comprehension ability, execution ability and audience interaction. Party B does not guarantee any specific results, fan growth, conversion rate or commercial benefits.
  3. Party A shall evaluate on its own whether the strategies and concepts involved in the course are suitable for its own brand positioning and target groups, and shall bear the effectiveness and risks after application.

Article 12|Platform Interruption and Third-Party Services

  1. If Party A notifies Party B of any errors in the content, Party B will, in addition to posting an announcement on this service platform, complete the relevant corrections or removals within three working days from the date of notification or notification. 
  2. When Party B needs to relocate, replace, upgrade, maintain, or repair the hardware and software equipment related to this service for operational reasons, Party B may suspend all or part of this service. Party B will announce the suspension on this service platform beforehand. However, this does not apply to reasons that are temporary, urgent, or not attributable to Party B.
  3. This service relies on this learning website and Discord platform to provide playback and account management services. Although Party B will continuously monitor the operation of this learning website and Discord platform, if Party A is temporarily or permanently unable to log in to the learning website or Discord platform due to the interruption, failure, closure, account freezing, or policy changes of the learning website or Discord platform system itself, or other force majeure factors (policy changes or natural disasters, etc.), Party B will actively assist in providing feasible contingency plans (such as providing alternative links, downloading authorized content, transferring platforms, etc.).
  4. If Party A is unable to purchase courses due to operational errors, incorrect payment methods, or problems with third-party payment flows (such as Stripe, PayPal), Party A please proactively contact Party B for assistance. However, Party B can only provide assistance within a reasonable scope and cannot intervene in disputes over third-party services or refunds.

Article 13|User Behavior and Community Interaction Standards (if you have community permissions)

  1. If Party A encounters any of the following circumstances, Party A shall bear all legal responsibilities, and Party B may notify Party A to terminate this contract, and Party A shall not refuse: 
  1. Party A intentionally disseminates computer programs that interfere with the normal operation of Party B's website system.
  2. Party A may disseminate text, images, or videos on this service platform that are threatening, defamatory, infringe on the privacy of others, are pornographic, or otherwise violate mandatory or prohibited regulations, public order, or good morals.
  3. If Party A uses this service to engage in other illegal activities or violates the terms of this contract, and the circumstances are serious, and Party A fails to rectify the situation within the specified period after being notified by Party B, Party B may terminate this contract, and Party A shall not refuse.
  4. If, in addition to the services provided herein, Party B offers community interaction, discussion forums, live chat rooms, or other forms of community participation features, Party A shall also abide by basic etiquette and community guidelines, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
    (1) Disseminating advertising or promotional information
    (2) Posting defamatory, discriminatory, violent, political or other offensive or disruptive remarks
    (3) Unauthorized extraction or sharing of course content or other people’s personal information

If Party B discovers that Party A's behavior violates the community guidelines and fails to improve after being reminded, Party B has the right to cancel Party A's community participation qualification and will not refund any fees for this service.
