"Threads Online Course: Write Your Main Thread and Find Your Companions" Online Course Service Agreement and Terms of Use Privacy Policy

Welcome you (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") to purchase and use "Threads Online Course: Write Your Main Thread, Find Your Companions" (hereinafter referred to as "this Course Service"), which is provided by Slowsavvy(hereinafter referred to as "Party B") and sold on the Skool platform (hereinafter referred to as "this course platform").

In order to purchase and use this course service, you agree to read, understand and agree to the "Online Course Service Agreement and Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). When you complete the payment of this course service and receive the course service activation letter, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and this Agreement will be established and effective.

You can decide whether to purchase and use this course service after reviewing all the terms of this contract for 3 days. If you do not agree to all the terms of this contract after reviewing all the terms of this contract, it is recommended that you do not purchase and stop using this course service.

If you are under 18 years of age or a person with limited capacity for conduct, the purchase, use of this course service and agreement to this contract must be approved by your legal representative before they become effective; if you are an incapable person, this contract must also be signed by your legal representative. 


Article 1|Course Service Content and Definition

The course service provided by Party B includes teaching videos, text teaching materials, learning guides and related supplementary resources. Party A may use this course service at any time and for any period of time. This course service is only for Party A's personal learning and is not a formal education, national cram school, continuing education school or short-term cram school course, nor is it a certificate or employment guarantee.


Article 2|Equipment and viewing suggestions

To ensure smooth playback of the video service of this course, Party B recommends Party A toThe network is stable and the equipment is normalCommon supported viewing environments include:

  • Computer or mobile device (any common operating system version in recent years will do)
  • We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
  • The network environment is stable (e.g. Wi-Fi at home. The access network that Party A uses to connect to the equipment in the computer room of Party B's designated website system shall be rented by Party A from a legally operating telecommunications business, unless it is provided by Party B as agreed by both parties. The rights and obligations arising from the rental of the access network by Party A shall be in accordance with the contract between Party A and the telecommunications business)

The course service videos are played on the Skool platform. If Party A fails to refer to the aforementioned equipment and viewing suggestions, and issues such as individual device compatibility, browser settings inconsistency, or network quality fluctuations occur, resulting in an inability to watch normally, freezes, or abnormal playback, Party B will not provide individual technical support, and this cannot be used as a reason for a refund. Please understand.


Article 3|Account Use and Management

  1. After Party A completes payment, Party B will provide Party A with an invitation link for this course service through the Skool platform, allowing Party A to join the Skool community of this course service. Party A should complete the joining process according to the invitation instructions, and this course service (including the Skool community) is limited to "Party A's single account". Party A shall not transfer, share, or share the account with a third party.
  2. Any use of Party A's user account and personal password to log into this course platform shall be presumed to be Party A's behavior.
  3. If abnormal login behavior is found (such as logins from different IP addresses in a short period of time, multiple logins), Party B has the right to suspend Party A's user account and ask Party A to explain. If the behavior is attributable to Party A, Party A cannot ask for a refund after Party B terminates the service, and Party B reserves the right to take legal action.
  4. Party A shall keep the account and password of this course platform properly. Party A shall be solely responsible for any losses caused by the unauthorized use of the account that can be attributed to Party A.
  5. If the personal information registered by Party A on this course platform is wrong or has changed, Party A shall notify Party B as soon as possible to request correction. If Party A fails to notify and causes damage to its rights and interests, Party A shall be responsible for it.

Article 4|Payment Method and Price Description

  1. This course service adopts a one-time payment mechanism, and the final price is subject to this course platform, this course service sales page or Party B's event announcement. If Party A completes the payment of this course service, it means that Party A agrees to the payment amount and payment mechanism.
  2. The payment for this course service is processed by Party B through the third-party payment platform Stripe. The credit card or payment information provided by Party A on the payment checkout page will be directly sent to the Stripe system for secure encryption processing. Party B will not access or store any credit card or payment information. If you need to issue an invoice or receipt, please contact Party B's customer service mailbox (contact@tobiehuang.com).

Article 5|Refund and Contract Termination Policy

  1. Before Party A completes the Skool community process for this course service, he/she may apply for a full refund within 7 days from the date of payment and shall provide the order number and proof of payment.
  2. Because Party B has provided sufficient trial service, if Party A subsequently completes the Skool community procedure for joining this course service, or watches the content of this course service, or downloads teaching materials or clicks on the teaching page, it will be deemed that this course service has been activated and no refund will be given.
  3. If Party A takes the initiative to terminate this contract, Party B will not refund any fees except for the first paragraph of this article.
  4. In special circumstances such as payment errors, repeated card swipes, etc., Party B will assist in processing refunds or make-up classes.

Article 6 | Course Content and Additional Resources

Party B reserves the right to adjust and modify the course service content, teaching schedule and teaching format at any time. If you have any questions about the course service content, please contact Party A through Party B's official contact mailbox and Party B will provide assistance as much as possible.

The materials, templates, community qualifications or other additional resources (if any) provided by this course service are all "additional gift content" and are not included in the actual charging scope of this course service. The provision method is as follows:

  1. Downloadable templates or files: This is a one-time authorized use. Party A may permanently preserve and use it for personal non-profit purposes, but Party A may not publicly share, resell, reproduce and distribute it to third parties or use it for profit purposes.
  2. Community participation rights (such as Discord/LINE communities, etc.):It is an additional benefit provided by Party B for the purpose of teaching and communication. The right to use is provided during the duration of this course service. If Party A's qualification for this course service is terminated, Party B has the right to cancel its community access rights without additional compensation. For the regulations of relevant community participation, please refer to the rules of each community separately.

The above-mentioned gifts are not included in the pricing basis of this course service, nor are they included in the calculation of any refund amount.


Article 7 | Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All contents of this course service, including videos, pictures, audio, text, graphics and downloadable files, are intellectual property and related rights (including copyright, trademark rights, etc.) owned by Party B or the rights holder of the content (such as the instructor).
  2. Without Party B's prior written consent, Party A shall not copy, resell, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, publicly broadcast or extract and reproduce the intellectual property and related rights referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article for itself or for a third party.
  3. If Party A infringes upon Party B's rights, Party B may immediately terminate this contract and suspend Party A's continued use of the course services, and Party B may take legal action (including filing a lawsuit and requesting damages).

Article 8 | Collection, processing and use of personal data

  1. Party B will only collect, process and use Party A’s personal data (name, email address, phone number, place of residence, financial information, IP, Cookies, user preferences, operating behavior, etc.) for the purpose of providing this course service, contact notification and course operation.

    In order to complete the registration and payment process for this course service, Party B may also receive or process some information through the following third-party platforms:
  • Skool (used to provide the service learning platform and community interaction for this course)
  • Stripe (for payment processing to provide this course service)
  1. Party B will properly keep Party A's personal data and handle it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Party A may request to review, make copies, supplement, correct, request to stop collecting, processing or using, or delete personal data at any time.
  2. For details on the collection, processing and use of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 9|Contract Modification and Version Notice

  1. Party B may modify the contents of this Agreement at any time and announce the updated version on the Skool Platform page.
  2. If Party A does not express any objection within 30 days after the announcement and continues to use the course services, it will be deemed to have agreed to the new terms.

Article 10|Governing Law and Jurisdictional Court

All matters involved in this contract shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree toTaipei District Court, TaiwanIt is the court of first instance. However, it cannot exclude the application of Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Law and the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law on small claims.

Article 11|Learning Outcomes and Responsibility Statement

  1. This course is a guide to strategic management and writing logic. The content provided by Party B is intended to help Party A improve their understanding of Threads platform operations and their ability to express themselves.
  2. However, the learning outcomes will depend on many factors such as Party A's actual investment of time, comprehension ability, execution ability and audience interaction. Party B does not guarantee any specific results, fan growth, conversion rate or commercial benefits.
  3. Party A shall evaluate on its own whether the strategies and concepts involved in the course are suitable for its own brand positioning and target groups, and shall bear the effectiveness and risks after application.

Article 12|Platform Interruption and Third-Party Services

  1. If Party A notifies or Party B becomes aware of content errors, Party B will announce it on this course platform and complete the relevant correction or removal within three working days from the date of notification or awareness. 
  2. When Party B conducts necessary relocation, replacement, upgrade, maintenance or repair of the hardware and software equipment related to this course service, it may suspend all or part of the course service. Party B will announce it on this course platform before the suspension. However, this does not apply to temporary, urgent or reasons not attributable to Party B.
  3. This course relies on the Skool platform to provide playback and account management services. Although Party B will continue to pay attention to the operation of the Skool platform, if Party A is temporarily or permanently unable to log in to study due to interruption, failure, closure, account freezing or policy changes of the Skool platform system itself, or other force majeure factors (policy changes or natural disasters, etc.), Party B will actively assist in providing feasible contingency plans (such as providing alternative links, downloading authorized content, transferring platforms, etc.).
  4. If Party A is unable to purchase courses due to operational errors, incorrect payment methods, or problems with third-party payment flows (such as Stripe, PayPal), Party A please proactively contact Party B for assistance. However, Party B can only provide assistance within a reasonable scope and cannot intervene in disputes over third-party services or refunds.

Article 13|User Behavior and Community Interaction Standards (if you have community permissions)

  1. If Party A encounters any of the following circumstances, Party A shall bear all legal responsibilities, and Party B may notify Party A to terminate this contract, and Party A shall not refuse: 
  1. Party A intentionally disseminates computer programs that interfere with the normal operation of Party B's website system.
  2. Party A disseminates any text, picture or video on this course platform that is threatening, defamatory, infringes on the privacy of others, is pornographic or otherwise violates mandatory or prohibited regulations or public order and good morals.
  1. If Party A uses the course service to engage in other illegal activities or activities that violate the provisions of this contract, and the circumstances are serious, and Party B has notified Party A to make corrections within a specified period of time but Party A fails to do so, Party B may notify Party A to terminate this contract, and Party A may not refuse.
  1. If Party B provides additional community interaction, discussion forums, live chat rooms or other forms of community participation functions in addition to the course service content itself, Party A shall also abide by basic etiquette and community norms and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
    (1) Disseminating advertising or promotional information
    (2) Posting defamatory, discriminatory, violent, political or other offensive or disruptive remarks
    (3) Unauthorized extraction or sharing of course content or other people’s personal information

If Party B finds that Party A's behavior violates the community norms and fails to improve after being reminded, Party B has the right to cancel its community participation qualification and will not refund any fees for this course service.
