Coupang Taiwan interview experience sharing | Korean Amazon quietly enters Taiwan
I wonder if you have seen the news recently that Coupang, known as the Amazon of Korea, quietly entered Taiwan and appeared on the streets of Zhongshan, Taipei? Coupang is a South Korean e-commerce giant that was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in March this year. It is famous in South Korea for its extremely fast delivery speed and low prices. Coupang interview process
At that time, a headhunter called me and said that he had found me through LinkedIn and asked me if I was interested in a multinational e-commerce job. However, there was no information about this job on the Internet. Because I had e-commerce internship experience in the past, I was quite interested, so I came to see what kind of company it was when I had the opportunity~
- Headhunter: About 1 hour of chat, basically understanding and talking about my background, experience, English ability and expected salary, and then talking to me about Coupang, the company, and then the headhunter will transfer my resume to Coupang , please wait for the result
- Human resources interview: about 30 minutes of interview, all in English
- Interview with the supervisor: There will be one or two more levels, but since I failed at the human resources level, other friends are welcome to add follow-up information.
Coupang Interview Job Introduction
The Startup Leadership Program mainly hopes to find talents to help Coupang expand its business in Taiwan, and is similar to a reserve cadre program. The following are the features of this project. Although this project should have ended, other currently open vacancies may also be relevant, for reference only.
- Because they have just entered the Taiwan market, Taiwanese companies are more like new start-ups. They will not specialize in a single position such as marketing. They will have the opportunity to encounter everything, such as legal, finance, operations, etc.
- You will need to visit the Korean head office frequently, so you must have a certain level of English.

I really enjoyed my interview experience with Coupang. The HR staff were not only very professional, but also very friendly. The HR staff listened carefully and responded in a friendly manner when I answered my questions. They also provided a lot of informative answers to my questions. Although I don’t have the opportunity to enter Coupang, this experience has greatly increased my favorability towards Coupang~~ ❤️
