MSI interview questions
I interviewed for two positions at MSI. The first was Social Media Specialist. The interview process was a one-level interview with department colleagues and department heads, and there were two test questions at the end. The second one is the overseas channel marketer of graphics card products. The interview process is one to two levels, and is conducted by department colleagues and department supervisors. Social Media Specialist
- Mainly asking questions about resumes
- Share with me the most effective post you’ve ever made? Why do you think it has good results?
- What's the most challenging thing you've ever encountered? How to deal with it?
- Which brand’s posts do you like? Why?
- Continuing the previous question, if we put it all together, which channel of the brand do you like the posts on? (FB, IG?)
- Do you know about the current trends of FB and IG? Can you explain it briefly?
- There are two test questions: The first question is to rewrite an English copy within five minutes based on an English post on an MSI IG. The second question is to refer to a Chinese post on MSI IG and answer the pros and cons of this article. If possible, how can it be improved?

MSI interview experience
There are two interviews for this time. The first one for Social Media Specialist is an online interview, and the second one for Graphic Card Product Overseas Channel Marketing Staff is a physical interview. It’s just that for the second job physical interview, after filling out the personality test, I waited in the waiting area for 40 minutes before the interview. I felt a little mixed at that time XD. However, the experience of these two interviews with MSI colleagues and supervisors was pretty good. They were not very formal and there was a lot of laughter. I felt that the working atmosphere was good.
